Bay Area Mural Program

The Bay Area Mural Program (BAMP) is a 501(c)(3) artist organization founded in 2015 dedicated to facilitating and creating public art within the local community.

Murals build bridges from conceptual connection to physical understanding and BAMP’s vision focuses on transforming bare, blighted walls into artistic gateways in the community's surrounding environment to foster more inclusion and belonging.

Spirit of Fillmore

BAMP recently assisted Mayor London Breed in creating the “Spirit of Fillmore” mural, enlivening the exterior of the Rosa Parks building within the Fillmore District of the city of San Francisco.

“Spirit of Fillmore” was a collective effort, painted by neighborhood residents of all ages under the artistic direction of André Jones, executive director of BAMP; Rachel Wolfe-Goldsmith, creative director of BAMP; and a team of eight BAMP artists.

Auctioning Works for NFTs

Orihon is helping BAMP to digitize their existing works of art as a way to give new life to their physical creations. Likewise, we’re collaborating with BAMP to find ways to auction their initial digital sketches as a way to create new opportunities for physical art installations within the Bay Area.
